Malwarebyte recently give most of my trainers this detection, it’s still a false positve.
To report a false positve to malwarebyte, you’ll have to make post on their forum. Something like this: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/301905-false-positive/
I’ve gave up doing this because I’m not going to do this every time I post a new trainer or update.
If this detection bothers you, submit the trainer to malwarebyte (link: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/forum/42-file-detections/) so a human can review the file, they will probably remove or change the detection something like a gamehack.

Wait until Malwarebytes change the deteciton, or manually add the file to exclusion/whitelist, or use a different antivirus, or use the auto updating version (from wemod, which also made by me) if you don’t feel safe to use the standalone version.
As for the false positive issue, it’s Malwarebytes’ problem, there’s nothing I can do about it.
