1-Hit Kill and the damage slider are a global effect, meaning whoever is shooting at you gets the advantage as well.
This also means driving around with those enabled is extremely precarious because a simple bump into the wall will blow up your vehicle.
One solution would be player vehicle invincibility or making the damage options only affect the player.

Is there any way to make this trainer work during the Never Fade Away quest where you play as Johnny Silverhand? Seems like the trainer features shut off during that quest.

This may be the trainer but whenever it comes to using hands as a weapon you deal 0 damage. I don’t have any damage modifiers enabled too.
If u use infiniti health all melee weapons start dealing 0 damage

Why hasn’t anyone thought of a Rapid Fire option yet? There’s obviously rate of fire values as that “attacks per second” that each weapon has. Let’s just make it 100 or 500 attacks per second 😀
