Can it be used online? It is troublesome to change the file every time I use it
if you edit your stats with ANY kind of cheats, you will be softbanned and cant connect anymore. so its best to use in moderation
i want to use just infinite health/god mode. nothing else. if i use offline and then turn off all cheats comeback online without cheats will i get banned ?
It’s highly possible for you to be banned cause BANDAI will upload your save file to check whether you cheat or not, at least in DS3 they did so. So I suggest you use cheat offline the whole time. If you want to go online, restore the original start_protected_game.exe file and delete the save file you played using trainer.
How does the softban work?
I think I banned already, I used the cheats offline.
But now in online I can’t see any summoning signs only massages and bloodstains.
I don’t know about ER, but in DS3, if you got banned, you’ll see a notification when you enter the game to tell you that you have been penalized. That means you can only summon who is also banned like you and you cannot summon or join who did not be banned. In Chinese community, we call it ‘You’ve entered the God’s server’, where everyone suddenly kill you or can eat 10 vestige.
FromSoft no longer do softbans, it’s all hard bans now
So how do I know if I banned or not?
I still can play online but much less summoning signs
in dark souls you could see notification when you change languages in options, but idk about Elden

No it’s not
You can use the trainer while in offline mode + disabling easyanticheat before opening to one-shot bosses to get armor + weapons + runes. Then you can delete the executable and re-enable easy anticheat to go back online and still play the game. I believe you are not modifying anything in the save file when using the one-shot option, so easyanticheat cant tell when you turn it back on.

just copy the original anti cheat to another folder, then replace it with the trainer gave you. If you wanna re enable anti-cheat, just copy the original anti-cheat from the folder you place to the game folder again

yes they can detect when you use 1shot kill because is in your history that your max hit was 999999999 so you get insta softban.
Still no detection. Also I doubt they keep that in history lmao. Fromsoftware are retarded they let people use remote code execution in the dark souls games and now you cant play online on PC in any of them as they shut down the servers.

Hey! My “start_protected_game.exe” is not working, an error message appears every time I try to start the game. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it?

My game crashes every time I use the trainer. And I was playing offline.
The included “start_protected_game.exe” seems to still have EAC, trainer closed the game and alerted me saying EAC was still active, see my reply above for a solution.

Those who like me have the pirated version (yes it’s not good I know) or who do not want to play online and have a problem with the anti-cheat, you just have to delete (you can save it elsewhere) the “EasyAntiCheat” folder and no more problem ! This does not prevent you from launching and playing the game, have fun !
