Hello , couple of comments if I may.
Settlement: Resource Multiplier & the Settlement: Resource Won’t Decrease : affect dead citizens. They keep piling on the streets.
Decrease Radiation when activated crashes the game. I wish that it will be (Zero Radiation) , same like the first part.
