It’s still possible to beat the final mission, although very frustrating. I picked up a Fuel Rod from a Grunt, I’m not sure whether or not the Rocket Launcher would be better. And when I got to the section where the Ghosts start to appear I had to turn One Hit Kill and Rapid Fire off otherwise it was game over for Veronica. I then would basically use a vehicle to get ahead of her, get out and start blasting the Ghosts with the Fuel Rod. This doesn’t exactly kill them because the skulls make them take stupid amounts of damage, but you can kinda fling them around a bit and try to keep them from shooting her. Get back into a vehicle to drive up ahead some more and then start blasting more Ghosts to try to keep them off her. You have to watch out for them running you over as well. I also would stay out of the tunnel to try to kill the Ghosts before proceeding to the next section, because I think they will follow you otherwise and make it more difficult. It is a lot easier when you finally get the Scorpion. So it can be done but is very frustrating right now, don’t expect to knock out your par time on this run, with all the save/quits I had to do from failing it took me 45 minutes to complete the mission.
