In reply to Gael. For the set game speed to work, I think you have to set the fps cap to anything above 60 and disable vsync. It seemed to work for me anyway.

In reply to RoyalDio. The file should be whitelisted by now, try updating your windows defender and check again. The file in the image doesn't seem to be downloaded from this website, try redownload the trainer to make sure the file is correct.
