I didn’t realize that the file you mentioned was being modified; in my case, it creates a new file. to explain better, I have “dinput8.dll,” which is part of the reframework, and when I checked and saved the trainer’s anti-cheat, a new file called “dinput8(1).bak” was created. this may have happened to others, or was it just me

Sorry for the late reply. I found out that the anti cheat makes changes to the dinput8.dll given by the reframework. It’ll uninstall when you delete the file or update reframework.

The purpose I think is to bypass the system capcom implemented in the game to fight tampering and mods that primarily unlock content that isn’t supposed to be like paid DLC or yet unreleased content. This system probably, and this is my assumption, might flag the trainer as one of the aforementioned mods bringing to a ban.

Personally though, I’m wandering how do I check if the anti-cheat was implemented and do I need to install it every single time I wanna play?

It won’t let me edit the comment I made, but I’d also like to know how I’ll know if the anti-cheat was saved; I mean, what’s the name of the file it’s saved under?
