Make sure your game exe name matches the trainer’s target name “NieRAutomata.exe”. Rename your game exe file name if necessary.

Then you should specify your problems. The trainer doesn’t detect the game? Certain options give you error messages? etc.

I think the only editions on PC are Game of the YoRHa Edition (Steam) and BECOME AS GODS Edition (Xbox Game Pass/Windows Store). Both editions are supported by the trainer.

PUA is not a virus detection, it means potentially unwanted application. Sometimes they flag trainers with these kinds of detections.
