Can you be more specific on which antivirus reports what detection on which file?
We are aware that Malwarebytes may show some form of GameHack (e.g. GameHack.HackTool.RiskWare.DDS) detection on the trainers, this is normal.
But we can’t reproduce any detection on Windows Defender and Norton (Symantec).

You could try updating your Windows Defender and Norton antivirus.
If the detection still persist, then submit the file to the antivirus provider for false positive review.

For Windows Defender, you can submit the file to Microsoft at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission
For Norton, you can submit the file to Norton at https://safeweb.norton.com/file_dispute or Symantec at https://symsubmit.symantec.com/false_positive
