In reply to siggy. I think you have to be at Zero bonding points prior to talking to the second of the main quest NPCs (Aurelia or Schmidt) I had to reload my save which ended up being from the beginning of the chapter but with skipping conversations it didn't take too long.

Guys its easy using cheat engine to edit Bonding Points. Follow the steps:
-Lunch cheat engine
-Click (Select process button)
-select TOCS3.exe(or how the game named in your pc)
-Click [Add Address Manually]
-Enter (1416C48D4) (This is the static addres to the Bonding Point Value)
-Select [Value], type [0] and activate

Viola… Bonding Points has been set to 0 in the game
