hi , when you have time can you update this trainer for the patch 1.5.6 ? because for example infinite health in the ultimate edition sometimes doesn’t work , like when you get on the car and you get shot , or , when you get hit by multiple enemies or by some explosives

Does anyone else have problems downloading this trainer? Windows continues to treat this download as a virus. I’m not saying it is, but it won’t let me download the trainer. I can download any trainer except this one.
