There are no notification of fling joining wemod on their site, when mr antifun joined them he brought his trainers to them, so i think even though fling joined them he will keep updating his trainers on this site

I deleted this link because it’s not helpful at all, and almost looks like trolling.
If you really know why, because these indicators are kind of misleading. For example, the ones you pointed out basically shows how the trainer access this website to check for update, but the way they phrase them make them look scary. Some of them are just false, for example, the “Contains a known anti-VM trick” indicator, they even think steam and google chrome do that too and had to manually whitelist them. (try to do an analysis on steam.exe and chrome.exe, you’ll also find some malicious indicators, though not as much as a trainer).
They actually show you the conclusion about the trainer file.

-Which mean most antiviruses don’t think this is malware/virus. Keep in mind that small percent of antiviruses have detection on trainers is a common phenomenon.

-They basically tell you this is a trainer, they just decided to flag trainers as unwanted programs, some antiviruses also do that, but most antiviruses don’t.
Their malicious indicators are just indicators, most of them don’t reflect what the program actually do. Their final conclusions are not based on these indicators at all, they’re based on what other antiviruses say.
