I downloaded a handful of trainers not too long ago from Fling and one contained a Trojan Virus.
Downloaded this today and Real Protect pinged after I tried running it.

Sometime antiviruses flag trainers as virus because of the way they work. Altering other processes’ (in this case, they game process) memory, code injections, etc may resemble virus behaviors. In general, trainers are safe as long as you download from a reputable source.
