The servers are down for maintenance, apparently after this is when they’ll start handing out bans for 180 days(!), there’s even rumors they’ll improve current EAC protection bypasses. Any truth to this? So frustrating that we get shit on as offline players if we bring out char online. If we’re not griefing etc. what’s the harm.

If you bring cheats online you will and should get banned. Keep the cheats offline.
Ignore Crafting/Upgrade Requirements
Can I use this only for craft item and to reduce time for grinding in offline, but then go online later to play co-op? no cheat on stat or anything. Will the ban hammer detected?
No one knows for sure, but taking any save you used cheats with online has a much high chance of a ban.

Infinite items usage gives you 999 material when you use it, so it’s probably what you wanted.
When smithing it tells me additional items required after smithing for 1 time the infinite items is toggled on
then progress in the game dumbass.
