Those who like me have the pirated version (yes it’s not good I know) or who do not want to play online and have a problem with the anti-cheat, you just have to delete (you can save it elsewhere) the “EasyAntiCheat” folder and no more problem ! This does not prevent you from launching and playing the game, have fun !
will i get banned from online play if use this offline?

Do you still get achievements for beating bosses with EAC off, and the game forced into offline mode?
Yes.
word or caution, when using the EAC patch even if offline, you get when you open the game “inappropriate activity detected” unable to start in online mode, emphasis on the inappropriate, btw im offline completely, steam is offline, my pc is offline and im using the patch. What im worried about is if i go online that thing is saved elsewhere and I can’t erase it, anyone had any experience of the sort going online after using the trainer? I have only used the 100% drop and the 1 shot kill, the 100% drop also gives a lot of golden runes that helped me level up a lot, haven’t touched the stats.
If what was said before, about maint being when they hand out bans, it should be fine. I had infinite hp/fp/sp for a little, but went back on the choice, and went back online. Haven’t been banned from online activities.
I think the “Inappropriate activity” is simply altering EAC in some way, or disabling it at all.
Also to add on, if you didn’t touch the stats, or give yourself a ton of runes using the edit runes function, you should be fine too. At least, assuming there’s something similar to soul memory that isn’t visible to us.
Yeah, I have been using the one-shot kill option in offline mode with easyanticheat disabled on some bosses and then re-enabling easyanticheat to go back online and have still not had any detections. The game is actively checking your save file data while anti-cheat is on, and I don’t believe that modifying your damage values with the trainer while in offline mode gets saved anywhere as they go away after you close then re-open the game, so the anticheat does not detect anything when you re-enable it.
What if u use rune multiplier and like 2x and grinded the runes? Will it be the same as editing runes?
I wouldn’t touch anything modifying runes as I don’t know how the anti cheat checks for what is counted as “legit” runes or “illegitimate” runes so you could just grind mobs that respawn and give large amount of runes like in the capital.
Alright good, something Else I wonder is, if I could for example, use rune multiplier or edit my stats and the use the set stat on the trainer to go back to how i was, kinda want to test a char with everything at 99 and do a run with it offline to see what build I should focus on long term for online, etc. probably it would be better to just wipe that save afterwards, just a thought
editing runes is fine, i did it, whats EAC has been detecting was editing stats.
“inappropriate activity detected” is because you have eac off, nothing crazy. if you dont want to see that message just go to settings and change connection to offline. so everytime you open the game you go directly to offline without any warning.
