Starting from v20200420 game version, you need to choose the default-mono game version in order to use this trainer. Please follow these steps to choose the compatible game version.
In your steam library, right click on the game – Properties – BETAS – Choose “default-mono – Public default branch (mono)” version.

I don’t have the game on steam so the trainer doesn’t work can you update it
Doesn’t matter where you bought it from. This should work for any version of the game. Just need to select the mono branch.
If steam, then you need to select mono-branch as shown above.
If GOG version, then google up “GOG mono branch outward”, there is a way to do that.
If Epic version, then mono-branch is the default version available, so you don’t need to worry.
If you use crack, then idk what you can do. Afaik CODEX only releases the non-mono version of the game. Maybe go check cs.rin and check the outward forum thread. They usually have things that download websites don’t.

Could you add the defense and damage multipliers from the trainer for the normal version of the game for this one? I just started playing this game and having a bit of increased defense is really helpful for enjoying the game, but I can’t find anything modern to get that with the mono branch.
